"I use the xtp bullets from Hornady mostly because they load without deformation, the sabot seals the bore well and they expand well enough to give good performance. I agree that a pure lead conical is great performance if they load well in your gun but I find them more of a problem than I care for."

Not sure how that helps me since I canonly use conicals in Colorado.

Shills: I will try some wads, but I may end up sending the gun back a second time. I have tried pyrodex, 777, black Mag3, and APP (all loose) from 80-120 grains. I have tried powerbelts, maxiballs, buffalo bullets, no excuse bullets and prbullets. Powerbelts are the ONLY ones that give me 1/2 way decent accuracy, and only with pyrodex.
