Birdman: No doubt the Anschutz is a fine rifle. We have a 22 Magnum that is over 30 years old. And it will SHOOT. I have changed over the years, and so has the manufacturers. There are alot of American mfrs. that are now making a high quality 22. I suggest you buy American. Tom.
