Joe and I were spotting along the ridgeline when we saw this beast. We put up a stalk to close the gap of 200 yards. we were 30 yards away and as put up my rifle he had the best quartering shot you can get, then a 185 grain came out of my 30-06 to drop this monster in its tracks. He scored a huge 5lbs and a great 7'' long. He is now in a full body mount in my trophy room.
