Default RE: Trouble with Revolution Broadheads

Buckshot, I have not shot any deer with the revolutions. I know several people that have without problems. At the same time you two are not the first I have heard of with this head not opening. I do know it is possible to put the heads together with the coller upside down. This will not allow the heads to open, and just as you say the blades dig into the coller instead of sliding over it. It's hard to tell wich way is up on the coller, that's why I always recomend puting gentle pressure on the front portion of the coller it'self and making sure the blades will open. I know when put together properly they will open in a small to medium size orange. It is posible you had some heads with a factory defect, this can happen with any broadhead from any manufacture.
