Default RE: Trouble with Revolution Broadheads

Im not trying to start anything here 5-Shot, and I know you tested this and other heads on various things such as plywood, 55gal Drum and an orange, however have you shot a deer with a revolution? Buck Buster, I shot 4 nice bucks with this head and on 2 of them then didnt open, arrow blew right thru then just like a field point. After the first one I checked all the heads to make sure the blades would expand the o-ring, and still had problems. My first thought is that the problem lies with the aluminum collar that the blades rest on, I think what may happen is that on impact the back of the blade digs into the collar and stops the blades from sliding back and opening. I went back to Rockets this year and next year will most likely be shooting thunderheads or muzzys, I dont have to worry about them not opening.
