the one i got goes up 15 ft,i agree any higher i would feel a little dizzy, ha..

mine does not have rail on both sides to hold you inside on seat..at first,that scared me a little that i could fall off side but ,i got used to it..

do any of you use rail on sides, pro/con ..thanks..
