Buy 3 or 4 manuals. Read them cover to cover-twice. You will use them for the rest of your life. I have some that are 30 years old. I would recommend the Hornady, Hodgdon, Nosler, Sierra, and Lyman. Not necessarily in that order. There are other good ones out there. If price is an issue then call a couple of suppliers and ask for an older outdated manual. Other than the listings for the new cartridges, there is not much difference, except price. Also contact the powder companies, many will provide their pamphlets for free. Tom.
