I wonder if the PGC came out and said they would now issue extra buck tags for $6 dollars each.

Would the PGC be in the wrong for doing so?

Would you feel that the PGC was not at fault for what would happen next year?


After all, they didn't shoot all the bucks, it was the hunters. They didn't do anything wrong.


If they dropped the AR and issued extra tags for bucks, wouldn't it still be the hunter's fault for the buck decline.


I just can't see how some folks don't think the PGC is at fault for mismanagement.
