Yeah,I hunted that area that had 70 dpsm.I killed a real nice buck and two doe in there.My season ended quickly in there so the rest of theyear I hunted in Wyoming.Cameron,Elk andClearfield county.All of that was on public dmap's land except for Wyoming county.I saw and killed deer in every area.No complaints about the deer herd here.I am a little disappointed though.I didn't get a chance to see any mountion lions or coyote/wolf hybrids.Apparently there here though becauseI ran in to an older couple on the first day ofbear season that was complaining because they've seen more black mountain lions than deerthis year.That's the honest truth.I guess they kept watching that disney movie over and over again,being that there's no record of a Black mountain lion ever.How are you guys at the USP coming along with that mountain lion theory your working on.Anyone get a big reward yet for killing one.


The Treasure lake hunt went fairly well as far as incidents go but it was far from shooting fish in a barrel.There were 120 guys hunting in there and they killed 33 doe and 4 bucks.Most of the guys appreciated the opportunity but I heardplenty of complaints from guys that weren't seeing deer at those ridiculous densities.

How could the bear count be off?You're required to check each and every one in like your organization wants to do with the deer.I thought you guy's said that would be more accurate.

I'd have no problem telling the man exactly whatI think of him directly to his face.Then again,I don't want to be involvedin a B.S. lawsuit like you guys cook up.I did get a chance to learn some things from that lawsuit so it wasn't a total loss.Now whenI scout,I know enough to look for trees that the deer have pawed up.I know some of my buddies at DCNR are really ticked of at the damage the deer do with their Hooves.Maybe we'll get to meet at the USP christmas party this year.I'd like to meet all six of you.Hope my invitation didn't get lost in the mail.
