And, as someone who has hunted PA and WV...I think that they are worlds apart when it comes to hunting. PA has a million hunters during gun season (at least that's what I've read a hundred times) and we have NO-ONE (to speak of) hunting in our area anymore. It's rare for us to see a hunter while in the woods, and we are in a remote area,20 miles or so from the closest town. We used to see a ton of hunters. Now all we see are lazy a$$es on 4-wheelers riding around hoping for a 10-pt to jump out.

I'm also speaking from a Central WV area, as I know nothing about the eastern part of the state.

Maybe some zone-type laws would help WV.
