How can you track down a gun owner if they haven't registered their guns? The government has no idea whether I have guns or not unless they search my house (even then they still wouldn't find them).
I'll register before the year end but I'm not too worried about getting harassed by the police. I live in a community where just about everyone has a firearm and the police I know have much better things to do than bother us.
