I need an "off-list" lower, so no Colt, Armalite, Bushmaster, DPMS, OlyArms, etc... I am in California so I need a brand that is not on the DOJ list of illegal guns.
You can't be serious. Just because a receiver has an off-brand name, it doesn't mean it will keep you out of the long reach of the law in Kookifornia.
