some of the family and i are planning a hunt there next fall.........from what i understand it is dependant on the county you are hunting in....all non-resident is a "draw" which is based on the amount of resident tags sold the year before in the county or unit.....call KS fish and wildlife, they are very helpfull...just let them know what unit you want to hunt in and they can look at past odds of getting drawn...........but that also depends on which tag you are going for as well...
