I'd have to say that combination would be a keeper. I was looking at the Whelen, but went with the 350 Rem instead. I reload and lets just say there weren't a whole lot of factory choices for them, one for the .350 and 2 for the Whelen. Now that Nosler is making 35 Whelan with a 250 gr partition I'd take the Whelen. I wouldn't bother with the 200 or 225 gr in the Whelen, too much unused case capacity.
