I wouldn't know where to start. I used a new buther this year and he made some amazing maple sausage. Man, I love it all. My favorite dish to make is venison soft tacos.
Man, I just polished off a bowl of leftover venison chili from the doe I shot this year...good stuff but my favorite is the venison spaghetti. Again...congrats on the season.
