The screen has a few different presentations to it. It does have a map screen that shows nearby waypoints and features that have been waypointed. This is the basic model garmin etrex and doesn't have a topomap feature. It is a great little system for gettingfrom point A to point B andfor marking standlocations, rubs, scrapes and other points of interest.
