I haven't used this rest, reasons. I have been shooting recurve for hunting and competition. Will I use it? I don't really think, its another one of those the more movable parts the more that can go wrong type of thing, kind of like my thoughts on mechanicals, even with the high proficiency that 5 shot has given on some of them Im still kind of wondering on the margin of error. As for groups, the best I have ever grouped was with a Free flite flipper rest and plunger, 1" diameter dot 3 arrows 20meters, same at 30. I don't see the problems with any rests as long as you have a relaxed bow hand and smooth release fingers or mechanical. As for $100 thats gonna be about 200 here, I don't know that I wanna spend that much on it or just go to a good ole golden futura premier. Thats what I think, right or wrong????
