Today was the first time in five yrs I've been out hunting. Picked a tree about 10 yrds off a trail leading into a open area. New bow in hand it was quiet 3hrs without a deer within 100yrds. Ready to sit back and nap a branch snap. Under my stand was a beyatiful doe. Remember after five yrs this was for food. Could not get the shot until she was about 18yrds out. Hit a little higher than I wanted but she bolted and ran around 75yrds. My buddy ot the trophey today he dropped a nice 10pnt as soon as he brings my camera back will post pics.
