Honestly, my dad bought me a bow and made me go with him when I was 12. That was in 1987. I really didn't enjoy it at all. Very seldom saw deer, froze my tail off....not an enjoyable experience. I stuck with it and in 1995 I started shooting DART with my friends. I loved it. From then on, I fell in love with bowhunting. I thank my dad for introducing me to hunting, but early on....bowhunting was no fun for me.
