Listen, if it's got quality stuff with it and the bow is in good shape.. When I say good shape I mean the string is not toast, bolts are not rusty etc.. Then if ya want it buy it.. You'll have to go down to the local pro shop and have it set for "you"..
Just make sure it's in good shape, make sure it's your draw length, and make sure your going to be happy with it. If you think it's worth less then offer less, he probably won't sell it all that fast..
