When you buy a more expensive rifle, you can expect better quality control, and perhaps, it is more likely that the gun will shoot (and function) as designed. It doesn't always work out that way, though!! The lower priced guns often are just as good as the pricey ones!! I have a Traditions Lightning .50 which cost little, and it is pretty good. It's accuracy is acceptable for hunting purposes, and it functions as designed.
Keep yore powder dry!!
