.......Did not expect to get beat up and down by a few people who think the are high and mighty. To be honest if this is the reaction people get when the post a mistake for others to learn from then what is the point to the forums.
I never, ever suggested that I was like that.....with a high and mighty attitude.
Let me cut to the chase...here's where we differ:
I think it is totally irresponsible to shoot at a deer with a gun that has never been shot before. You call it a mistake. You fail to understand (or admit) it violated one of the cardinal rules of hunting.
Let me repeat that:

You seem to be more concerned aboutdefending your positionand not acknowledging this.
That's it in a nutshell. If that gives you the impression Iam high and mighty....so be it!
