Bullets don't travel up on their own,the gun is pointed up also.


It is exactly the same with both,gun or bow.Gravity starts working IMMEDIATELY when the arrow or bullet leaves the weapon.


Sight paralax makes you think it is flat but your pins are above the arrow.
