As far as the Drurys hiring this guy think about how many shady people there are working at your workplace. Taz brings up a good point. If these allegations are factual, which it appears they are, when the Drurys finish their investigation I'll be willing to bet there will be a vacancy on their staff. I have never personally met the Drurys, but everything that I have heard from people that have met them has been positive, so I am confident that they will do the right thing.

Since Foret is in the "public light" being on the videos and representing the company he does not have the same protections against defaming remarks as you or I. If the accusations were outlandish and completely fabricated he could bring suit against silent for bringing this up. However, since there is documented evidence in print of past wrong doings from a reputable source his case would be baseless and he would most certainly lose. I know you are looking out for the best interests of everyone, but silent seems to be safe in this case.
