RE: Drury Outdoors is Employing a Poacher
wolf and Charlie
I read Charlie's posted article before I pushed the "post" button.
It was not apparent that "silent" was basing his accusations on information he knew to be valid or knew how to locate. Additionally, he has went beyond the incident as outlined in the posted article.
I just did not want others to go down the same trail without knowing what could be at the other end. "Drury Outdoors" has vital interests to protect and, most likely, the money to do so. You do not have to prove your case before you sue, only during the suit. In the end, it is a costly venture for both sides regardless who wins, but more costly to the loser.
According to the posted article, the person in question appears to have committed hunting-related criminal acts in the past. If it is true, and it appears to be, the representative of Drury Outdoors who hired the person should have his/her intelligence questioned.
I would strongly recommend that any debasing be restricted personal opinions based on what appears to be documented in the article, and stay away from accusations that cannot be confirmed.
silent
I hope you have a large @ass, because the article does not support all the claims you have made. In addition, it was you making the claims/accusations, not your "dear friend." You best hope that your "dear friend" told you verifiable facts and that your "dear friend" will put his/her neck beside your's on the chopping block.
When you bet anything on a "witness," especially your life, you are betting on something where the odds ae greatly against you.
Everything you have said so far, and all the arguments you are making about how someone else will float your boat, tends to verify that your accusations and claims were/are made on what someone else told you or what you picked up through the "grapevine," not what you knew/know first-hand and can prove.
I was just throwing up an alert flag. But, hell, you claim to know the game and all the rules, and you are a grown person. Go for it! However, I would strongly suggest that others not play ...or to play with great caution.
