Does it qualify when you hear him brag about killing deer and leaving them and then you see a report on the news of deer being left in the same no hunting zone that he told you himself that he was hunting. I have a close friend that use to poach with him(he changed his ways some time back or we wouldn't be friends now) and he has told me stories that would absolutely curl your hair.
