I done some more playing with my Black Ice today and even crono'd it.
60lb 28" draw 410gr arrow 8 shots through the crono lowest speed 240.4 fps highest speed 240.8 very consistant, deadly quite and thumping the morrell range bag
Seeing it is my hunting bow I have only sighted in 2 pins 20 and 30 yards.
Will have to get some pics next time and post them.
Thanks Aus. I look forward to chronoing mine as well. The wife is taking the kids down to make cookies with the in-laws tonight so maybe I will have to pull out the chrono and take a few shots with some different arrows.
In relation to noise level, I would agree that the bow is fairly quiet but I do get a little "thump" upon release. I believe it is string noise but it does not sound like the typical "twang". It is much more subdued. I am going to tinker with adjusting the squidees to different positions to see if this changes the noise level/tone.
