My dad of course because he is the sole reason behind my passion for hunting now. He used to take me up to the cabin the day before the opening day of rifle season when I was only 8 and we'd walk around scouting and hanging out with the other "grown-ups" in camp. He would take me out siting rifles in with him, and bought me my first 22 when I was 8. He was my hunter safety instructor, and thus was concerned with safety more than anything and made sure I practiced what he preached so to speak in the classroom. Because of him, hunting became a way of life to me, not just a hobby, and as such he is my favorite hunter for the impact he's had on me as a hunter. He's also an amazing shot (I've seen him make shots that I could have sworn were impossible)
