My wife (who is 5'10") is not very strong at all and can cock the Vixen easy enough. But its not easy enough to shoot twenty arrows in a row. Becasue of that I bought and installed target limbs so she can shoot pretty much all day. I have a crankeroo but it is way to noisey for hunting for my liking. Check out the noise before you buy one.
