I have the Omega scope on my Omega. one of the reasons I got the scope I was tired of getting my nose cracked by the old one. The Eye relief is 5 inches. It is plenty. I have shot it out to 200 yrds. The BDC is right on out to that range. Now the one thing that is on the same lines of a Mildot is that you can use the top, middele or bottom of the ring. The Rings are fine and does not interfere with you veiw. You can also put it right on by increasing or decreasing the power on the scope if you shoot in the open. I am super happy with the scope. Now if I miss this weekend I would have to say it was the scope because I would never miss....lol
