you guys keep calling me an idiot but look how many deer already mentioned have been dropped. I've never seen a deer shot in the ass not recovered. Plain and Simple.
My cousin hit one exactly as your saying BY ACCIDENT, he never recovered it. I did days later, after the corn was cut. That is a total unethical shot taken intentionally not to mention the horrific wounding possiblilities when the shot is off. This kind of notion is what gives all bowhunters a bad name. I'm really disappointed to read this one.
