Well then it sounds like the Grand Great Uncle or whatever he is is the problem. Nothing you can do except hunt and have as much fun as you can. One man can't make a difference with 6 tags unless the poachers help.[&:] With all the sanctuary they have around you and the uncooperative neighbors, you really can't make much of a difference.
