Ah ,I see what you mean, you need to soak the nose in a bucket of water, maybe 25 minutes or so, just test and see when it becomes soft and dig out what ever clay in in there, apply clay and push the nostril close and pin,
down for a few days until dry , use sculpt all epoxy and do the membrane work inside nostrils and paint.
Looks like the eyes need fixing also ?
