Doesn't matter that there aren't "many" jack rabbits in your area, the coyotes don't know that and don't care! With that said, you should have a jack rabbit call in your arsenal of calls. Beleive me, a guy could call coyotes in an area where there are no jack rabbits and still call coyotes with a jack rabbit sounding call.
