I dont know what kind of guns your talking about but if its a muzzleloader they can go and pick one up in the US and bring it back no problem at all or you bring one for him he just needs to get it verified by a gun verifier and register it end of the problem atleast here in ontario thats how it works I can see it beeing differnt there, I baught all my muzzleloader in the US between myself and family 6 so far..cant beat the price
