Hia, I'm really enjoying Peace River. The town itself reminds me as much of a smaller city in Saskatchewan than any of the other Alberta towns I've lived in. It must be the people or something but it just seems less like an fast paced Alberta oil town (which it is) and more of a prairie town.

I haven't explored the manning area yet but i've heard nothing but positive coments about the quality of critters up there. I'm thinking next year there will be some scouting trips up there in the summer. I've also been told it's one of the easier places in the province to shoot an elk.
