Default RE: Containment rests?

5-shot:

Thanks again for the testing that you do. I am also trying the Whisker Biscuit (again), and this time the accuracy seems to be up to snuff. I am using an aluminum biscuit with a loading slot, and the back trimmed flat. I have not shot the setup at long range yet, but it seems accurate enough at 20. I was surprised by your comment about noise, though. I have only one decent aluminum arrow, and it slides through the biscuit with very little noise. My smooth carbons (Blackhawk Vapors) don't make too much noise, but the Carbon Express camos are way too loud to draw on a deer IMO. I was seriously thinking of switching to aluminum, since I can shorten my arrows somewhat with this rest. Just wondering if you have drawn an ACC through the biscuit, and if so, what was the noise level? Thanks again for your testing of equipment.

Avoid the inevitable until it is absolutely unavoidable!
