I did find one downside to the Tionesta area. Any boat that uses the Nebraska Bridge ramp to launch must have a PA registration. As a part time outdoor writer, I have fished in a lot of states and have never seen anything like this.

An Ohio resident, like me, would have to re-title the boat in PA and pay another sales tax. It is not the money that bothers me as much as the restriction. It really turned me off to the area, and PA in general.
