Dont know all the details on it other then he lied on the 1 yr wait and got busted after killing a grizz/brownie. Came from the taxidermist who has my sheep, thats about the jist of the details I received, I'll let you know more when I hear it.

Ya that has to stink when ya do everything in your power to be right and still are wrong! Unfortunatly it happens and as the regs read, neglegance is no excuse. That said, laws are for the law abiding citizen, and its those who pay the fines, not the theifs on most accounts! It's a shame when one who makes a mistake and turns himself in, gets thrown behind bars for trying to do right!
