If you have land that deer need, ie..food, water, cover AND the land around you is pressured and NO ONE has pressured your land....then....absolutely, your property should hold a good amount of whitetail, per your whitetail in your area.

That's assuming....I don't know your acreage, your surrounding acreage or what not....good luck.
