Native Americans drove deer as a way to produce venison for their tribe, how can we be so arrogant to say that it's not hunting. It's not a modern way, it's a primitive way...?

They also used fire to push/drive deer, what ya'll think of that if modern man did that..yeah right?
I sure am not out to hurt anyone's feelings or yours Rob. I don't like it. And especially do not like it when it ruins other peoples hunt.I have done it before (last dayof season of course)and got a decent 8 point. But it didn't mean anything to me. All it was for me was getting meat. I wasn't proud of the rack.

I guess its whatever floats people's boat. Then you put bow hunting in the mix, I couldn't imagine. I like to shoot my bucks calm and not running with a bow.
No feelings hurt big guy, not mine especially, I'm a die hard bowhunter and I'm not a fan of rifle at all. I've been in drives in late season archery and it's a ton of fun but I've never gotten off a shot, they just won't stop or are too jittery....I agree with you whole heartily. I think the poor deer are run too hard anyway, especially here in PA.
