Default RE: deer drives

I just got back and sure apreciate everyones input. There all valid points.I dont think doing drives aught to be allowed on public land because it messes up every one elses hunting.I also think its not safe. And because shooting a running deer is going to result in something messy more times than it should.I guess a private land owner should be able to allow it if he wants, makes sence to me.
I dont know about the natives doing it to feed there people, heck they were hungry.Im not,I have enough veni in the freezers to last till mid summer, and thats 3 meals a day for 3 of us.
I still think ganging up on a deer to flush him and then sending him through the crossfire isnt a fitting way to take a big beautifull buck, but thats just me...what do i know.
