I recently purchased an Apex. I am totally pleased with it. It fits well, shoots great and is easy to clean. It holds sub 1 inch groups at 1" groups at 100 yards, with really cheap bullets and pellets. I expect this to tighten up with a better bullet and lose powder. As far as stopping power, I took a 100 pound deer with it yesterday evening, in the pouring rain and wind. Very effective at 90 yards. I am extremely impressed, are there better out there? I am sure there are, but for the money I honestly don't think you can beat it.
