WOLFEN... I didn't see the twigs. In fact I had to wait for her to clear some brush before I could shoot. These things were toothpicks. I didn't see them until I looked through my binos to see if I could spot my arrow on the ground. I don't shoot through brush.... however, I do shoot through holes all the time. I hunt in thick stuff generally. I'm not even sure I hit a twig. Just offered it up as a possible excuse for missing what I aimed at at 20 yards. The deer were on red alert... it's quite possible she dropped at the shot too. Like I said... we all know I'd never miss on my own.
