You really can't calibrate the offset to specific degrees. Put the arrow in the jig and then loosen the allen screws on the two adjustment knobs. You just have to work with the adjustment until the entire base of the fletch contacts the shaft. If it doesn't look like enough, or looks like too much move the fletch up or down in the clamp and repeat the process until it looks to be about where you want it.
