Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you got a good bow, sorry you have problems. Did you know 10 pt has a forum? Their natl sales mngr is on here some, Randy, aka 10 pt crossbow. I'm sure the answer to all your problems can be found there, I can't help on either. Most of us have done the same thing at one time or another.
