Check your State laws and determine what is and is not legal. Also look at the projectiles that are permitted. If your State is an open field then you have a lot of choices.

Being your budget is $300.00 and I am guessing you're looking for an inline, then the BPI line and NEF Sidekick would be where to look. Also there are some Tradition's rifles out there in that price range.

I would look at the NEF Sidekick and then get yourself a different ramrod.
