I'd get a Tikka T3 or a Browning A-Bolt if it was me. I've owned almost every make/model of bolt guns and those are my 2 favorites. Both have no problems out of the box shooting under MOA when topped with quality optics and handloads (I haven't bought a box of factory ammo in 12 years or longer).
