I am pretty sure when the Classic first came out that it was made in several caliber's the first couple of years. I think the 30-06 was one of them. As I said pretty sure, but not positive. Then they went to one caliber every year-we have several. The 350 Remington Magnum is a dandy, and so is the 250-3000. I do not believe there was ever one with an SS barrel. Not even the 220 SWift.
