I agree the PSE is a good choice. Bought my wife the Spyder. Even if your after elk, if you place your shot correctly in the vitals, it is going down. My boss has taken elk, prong horn, mule deer, pigs, whitetails with the same bow. He shoots about 60 lbs and has an older basic bow.
